NBC comes off as nothing but a bunch of cocks in this, firing the showrunner who is obviously doing a great job by email is pretty lame. Wonder how if affects season 4.

Definitely isn't the same. I was very optimistic about the show even with Harmon's removal. Instead of bringing in something new, the writers are just trying to copy Dan Harmon's style except without the heart. For the sake of this show's dignity, they need to end it after this season. I would hate for it to go down the Office route.

I'm still a huge fan of the show though. Give me this over Big Bang Theory, HIMYM, Two and a Half Men, and the Office.

This season has been fine .... but it kinda jumped the shark a while ago when Chang stopped being the spanish teacher. Don't care much for that whole plot line even though Ken Jeong is hysterical.

I don't like how any of the characters are evolving. Season four isn't the same, and I hate the plots that are just way too out there, like the Hunger Games episode. I'll continue watching for Alison Brie, though.

His character was heavily reliant on the butt buddy relationship with Abed (which was usually driven by Abed's corkyness). The first season Glover was the weakest because he was just another stereotypical black guy. Once they made him insecure and nerdy, is when his character took off but this would be impossible without Abed's influence. In the end Brita's "liberal feminist" character was the weakest. I was told she wasn't supposed to be a main character in the beginning?
