Agreed. I never understood why people make a big deal out of tax records...if a person is successful, and they pay the appropriate taxes in accordance with the code, then it's not a big deal.

What we should really be asking for are records of sacramental rights - if they are good Americans and Christians they should easily be able to produce the documents.

Because he's made a fortune from buying companies, bleeding them dry, slashing staff and benefits and then moving on, he knows it and knows that it would quickly ruin his chances of getting nominated.
