may have to sell my evo 3d - LOL (http://www.engadget.com/2012/01/05/sprint-first-lte-markets-2012-atlanta-houston-dallas-san-antonio/)

Sorry manny that you bought the Photon. If it is within 14 days you could still return it.

I don't live in San Antonio. We have one Wimax tower as it is here in Santa Fe and I don't have access to it. By the time it matters I'll have an upgrade again.

Also, was I wrong in understanding that the new LTE towers are going up with Wimax as well?

I bought through Amazon Wireless so I have 30 days to return. If they release the Nexus in that time frame I'll return the Photon.

Well, Sprint won't be adding Wimax but Clear might and they'll have access to Clear's network. Depends on how quick the Nexus decides to make it over I guess.

Wimax and Clear are one in the same.
