View Full Version : Why don't gay people support polygamy?

I watched a video of Santorum asking a hippie why can't 3 people get married and the bitch wouldn't answer. I think Santorum is an idiot but he did have a valid point. Gay people claim that they are open minded and tolerant. They also demand that every person must be tolerant and open minded about their lifestyles yet they don't necessarily preach tolerance and being open minded about polygamy. Isn't that hypocritical?
If a dude wants to bang a dude and get married, then do it and shut it up.
If Bill Paxton wants to marry Ginnifer Goodwin, Chloe Sevigny, and Jeanne Tripplehorn, then shouldn't they be allowed to do it?

Gay people want to be treated equally and want their way yet they don't want the same for others. I find that highly intolerant and hypocritical on their part.

It's a simple question. I just don't get why gay people and gayness enthusiasts refuse to answer it. I don't care if two dudes want to screw each other and get married. It doesn't bug me at all. I have no problem with it. However, I do find it funny and hypocritical when those same two dudes who are having gay sex and are legally married think it's wrong for a man to have 2 wives and be able to have a threesome with them. This shit is why liberals are hypocrites. Conservatives and liberals are both hypocrites. Liberals want the government to do everything for them and they are open minded and tolerant only when you agree with them. Conservatives want to control everything and bitch about what everyone else does.

I loved the episode of Boston Legal where Denny and Alan were going to get married, then a gay activist took them to court to try to stop their marriage, because they were not gay.

I get it Mouse. You have Homo on your mind. If you're gay, no problem. I just have a problem with you inserting a 3150 wide image and screwing up this page.

Think you can edit, use a reduced image and link it to the larger one?

Can someone answer the question? Why are gay people hypocrites on this? They bash and insult people who disagree with their lifestyle yet they want to be treated nice and equal and have people accept their lifestyle as normal but they don't want to give that same courtesy to others.

Gay people can be bigots.

It's simple.

Almost any group of people demanding legislation for them, is for them. Not others. The want to be legally better. Not equal. That's why many of us call it "special rights."

Because they feel you get treated as you threat them. The Golden Rule do unto others?

They are on the defensive for being different. They are the ones on the hwy trying to merge onto traffic only you can allow them in.

Gay people can be bigots.

So can straight people.

It's simple. You reduce the image to 20% of its original size, add the link of the original at the bottom of the image at the bottom, and upload and link it to photobucket, or somewhere else.

Because those gay people have their own subjective definition of marriage. Just like I do.

Sorry, don't need that type of help. I have this gorgeous 32 year old chick who I am having a regular fun time with lately. Just not daily because she has a 15 year old daughter.

I just hear people from both sides of the gay marriage issue bitch about marriage. You've got one side who bitches about the sanctity and purity of marriage while the other side bitches about being victims and wants happiness.
Who the fuck said that marriage equates happiness? And why do put such an emphasis on marriage? Can't we agree that marriage isn't for everyone?
And what about single people? They don't get special treatment and benefits for their singleness. Where is the outrage there?

That stupid hippie bitch in the video should have answered the damn question. She's a bitch not because she supports gay marriage but because she was trying to start shit with Santorum. It's common knowledge that Santorum does not support gay marriage and thinks being gay is wrong. It's also common knowledge that that bitch is for gay marriage. Both parties involved were not gonna change their minds on the issue so why was there even a discussion on it? Did she honestly think she was gonna change his mind?

Did she honestly think she was gonna change his mind?
No...

She just wanted her 15 minutes of fame.

What pisses me off is that the government got involved with marriage and regulated it. Do you think that gays would want "marriage" if the government never got involved with it?

I see you saying that they oppose it, but I don't see anything confirm that. We should just take your word on what all gay people believe?

"wouldn't answer" = not supporting polygamy?

"gay people" are open-minded and tolerant?

WTF? Repug gay politicians and Log Cabin Repugs aren't open-minded and tolerant. They'
re REPUGS, the very defintion of close-minded, hateful, intolerant!

homophobe/islamophobe hater InSaneTorum famously said marriage equality would mean bestiality. His entire politics is the politics of paranoia, hate, lies, so he'll probably win in a shithole redstate like SC.

all gay people without exception (violently) oppose polygamy as evidenced by a singular hippie who was duped by Santorum's red herring

Why does government have anything to do with marriage anyway?

The people of this country believe in and desire a country that fosters a culture of life - and the democratically elected goverment has a moral obligation to the citizens to protect life and the institution of marriage. It's pretty simple tbqh.

Marriage should be decided by the states. No one has a problem with states dealing with unions, casinos, and guns.

Why should government be involved in marriage at all?
Because "small government" in the eyes of Republicans is government that defines what marriage is.
