He's not thanking God for literally winning games. He's thanking God for giving him the gift to be good at it.
Buncha haters crying about too many thugs in sports, now you crying about praising God. Fucking worthless losers just wanna see people fail.

Don't fucking matter, Denver has already succeeded and is now playing with house money. Something you can't take away from this team no matter how much hate you carry inside.

He's mad at God tbh
I don't get why Tebow gets so much shit for this. Is it the pose? Is it the fact that he's just Tebow?
Athletes of been thanking God since like the dawn of sports. Hell, even boxers have thanked God for giving them the talent and strength to beat the shit out of another human being, just like actors thank God for giving them to ability to pretend to be something they are not (when they win Oscars and such).
Tebow may be particularly outspoken about his beliefs, but I fail to see how it's any different than the thousands of times this has been done before him.
Reckon God could visit St Jude's sometime after the Superbowl? There are a few miracles needed there, I mean, if he can pull himself away from the media.

I don't hate the guy at all. But even I couldn't deny how laughable his postgame interview was last night.
Question was something like, "How'd you feel after seeing your boy score that TD in OT?"
His response, "Well, first I thanked my lord and savior Jesus Christ. And then I went to celebrate with my teammates. And THEN I thanked my lord and savior again."

Don't forget that they were "blessed" to be in the playoffs.

It's not Tebow. That's just it.
Those pretending Tebow as God on his side are as bad, if not worse haters than those who hate Tebow for thinking he has God on his side.
Thinking God gives a rat's sloppy fuck about football is very Southern Baptist like.

Again, it's not about Tebow. It's about how he's been Lebronzed by the media without really doing a fucking thing. People get all stupid and forget what's needed to win a championship, as if it's based on the flip of a coin. No matter how shitty he's playing, religious nutjobs will say "but Tebow will pull it out in the end".
Can he fluke his way to a ring? Doug Williams comes to mind, but Tebow couldn't carry Williams' jock strap.

I understand getting tired of hearing him, but remember Tebows not asking for mic. or a platform to speak, its the constant media coverage. I definitely give him props for walking the walk.
If he's walking the talk, he should be flat broke by the end of the week, as Jesus himself was not a material person. He didn't "give to charity" with a Jesus Christ Foundation.

There's this thing with television that allows you to change the channel. It's actually quite revolutionary.

All this hate directed towards Tebow is just ridiculous. He's a man who knows what he believes and stands by his convictions - that should be applauded in this day and age when so many athletes are thugs and absolutely horrendous role models. Tebow is not grandstanding, he's been this way all his life. God has plans for Tebow and Tim is allowing God to work through him.
Does God care about football? Not really - but God DOES care about His children and He is blessing Tebow for his faithfulness and willingness to share the gospel. God works in mysterious ways - Tim's stats show that God can use all sorts of things to point people to the gospel! Win or lose on the football field - Tim Tebow is already a winner at life.

Who said He did? There is evil in this world and bad things happen, even to good people. You can't blame God for all the evil in this world.

Tim Tebow has given his life to God, so God has blessed him. Evil exists as a result of people turning their back on God - so no, God isn't responsible for the evil. God created a perfect world, but man messed it up - now we're all suffering the consequences.

Why can't god get rid of all the evil?
Timothy McVeigh gave his life to the same god and Jesus Tim Tebow has given his life to. I wonder why god didn't bless him.
