i don't have cable and have been watching most games through online streaming. but would be willing to pay for LP as long as every game isn't blacked out.

Are you talking about the online option where you pick 5 teams for $29.95/month? That's a pretty lousy price when the whole league is only $17 more per month. But I guess that's the point.
Until they let me just watch Spurs games for about $50/year, I'm with Che on this one. I pay for way too much TV as it is, but I at least feel like I get my money's worth with the other stuff.

Man I'm in Dallas, an channel 953 stays blacked out. An that's the channel the spurs mostly play on. Tine warner keeps telling me it not blocked out. If I miss tonight's game, I'm going to cancel all my shit with them an go to AT&T. :bang

Went through the same thing with AT&T. I live in Ft. Worth and before signing up, they promised that since I would be getting FoxSports SA, then I would see any Spurs game they showed. No blackouts. So I do get FoxSports SA and I can watch is for the 99% of the time that the Spurs aren't playing.

Fuck the 159,149 whatever price...
this being a short season and with the quality of the games lowered due to injuries, no training camp,etc....
The last fuckin' thing I'm gonna do this season is reward the greedy NBA ...
If they gave a shit they would at least cut that 159 price in half...then even cheaper if you wait til after the all star game...

That's easy for you guys that live around SA to say. But I won't be able to see the Spurs unless they're on NBA TV, TNT, or playing the Mavericks. I was prepared to not give a shit this year but with all the young talent, I'd really like to see the season.

That's really no one's doing BUT NBA's. I have uverse and got the whole sports package and I'll be damned if all Spurs games were blacked out. I'm in Dallas too. Its either on NBATV or League Pass. I'll be damned if I'm gonna pay full price on an abbreviated season. Screw those 1%'ers. They've already raised all the prices at the games for concessions and merch. Has anyone been to a game? Its ridiculous. "Something big is coming" Yeah right

Its fucked up man. Like right now it should be showing a loop of Detroit & and Chicago but instead its saying, "This program is required to be blacked out in your local market on this channel." Time warner dont have shit to say about it. Saying there's nothing they can do. After tonight if the game isn't showing im canceling for real. And most of the time I cant even get someone on the phone from tec support. An I always get sent to this stupid loud ass buzzing thing when the line rings for tec. support. Its sad how compaines take your money and you just get burned. I try an tell them SA games are not on the local FSNW, the Mavs are. But they send me to someone that can help me they say, then I get the loud ass buzz sound again after they've gotten off the line an Im sent to my help. This is bullshit man.

I'm glad I live in what's considered to be San Antonio coverage. I rarely have any games that are blacked out on FSN. Every once in a blue moon I'll get one, but then I just watch a feed online.

With the RSNs (regional sports networks) like Fox Sports, you are only allowed to see live games on your local regional network. Even if you receive other RSNs, live games will be blacked out. This is true on any provider (satellite or cable).

You might as well cancel now. Only way you can get games from teams outside of your area, besides Russian sites, are with League Pass. Yes, they should thoroughly explain that when signing up for it.

I'm in NM and the Denver game was blacked out here. I'm over 400 miles away from Denver and in a different state. It seems fucked up to me they can claim it as their home area.
I got the whole package from Comcast though. Its the TV price but you get broadband and mobile as well.

Hell No~
San Antonio Spurs Team Pass is a new subscription product that gives you access to all games (Regular Season, All Star, Playoffs* and Finals*), live and on-demand, for the spurs during the Regular Season and all teams during the Playoffs* for the entire 2011-12 NBA Season, that just costs you 109 US dollars per season.
But I am not sure that whether it is work in US or not, because I am living in Macau, this programme is probably just available in the rest of United States except in Mainland China, Bermuda, Cuba, Guam, Iran, North Korea, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
