I'm trying to decide which teams to pick for my Broadband package. I live in NJ so the Nets and Knicks are blacked out for me and I don't have cable so any nationally televised games get blacked out. That hurts because I'd like to watch Boston but they play so frequently on TNT or ESPN that it's not worth selecting them. Who would you choose to watch

1. Spurs - The reason I bought the package
2. OKC - Durant is still fun to watch
3. Timberpups - I like Rubio and they are a good underdog team to root for
4. Clippers? - I like that they play late so I have games to watch before bed
5. Blazers maybe Lakers (lots of blackouts)

Who did yall pick or who would you pick?

My 5 would be

1. Spurs - obvious
2. Thunder - great young team
3. Heat - Fun to watch LeBron shit the bed in the fourth
4. Clippers - Most exciting team in the league with Chris Paul throwing oops to the two most athletic bigmen in the game.
5. Bulls - Rose is fun to watch.

I'd go with:

Spurs

OKC

Clippers

Heat (I hate em but they are fun to watch and high drama throughout)

And then...
sucks you cant get the Knicks. Blazers would be a really cool choice, fun to watch, bad ass squad. Nuggets kinda would be too but less so. Timberwolves would be an intriguing team to follow. Golden State is always exciting with that back court. If it were me, personally, I'd probably round out the list with NY, or, more pertinent for you, the Blazers.

I am in the rest of United States, the NBATV offers me an access watching pass which called " Team Pass", only 1 team i can pick to watch, it costs me 109US dollars, the Team Pass including All star game and all teams in playoffs as well as finals

I am curious that is your so-called League Pass including playoffs and finals?

I didn't ge to choose for my International Broadband League Pass.
It wa sjust the Spurs or all. I took all for a redicilous non-fan friendly price.
But hey, I am hooked.

If I had to choose 5:

Spurs
Wolves
Thunder
Bulls
Clipps

The Heat are on nationally a lot so many blackouts so take Spurs, OKC, Bulls, Clippers, Minn/Milwaukee/Denver/Portland/Orlando one of these for the 5th team.

$110 for 5 teams or you can pay $40 and get every team on your mobile device. I went with the latter. Watching games on the iPad rocks. I can carry that on my arm and take it with me no matter what I'm doing (cooking, shitting, going outside for a cig). Even if I had the full LP on the TV/broadband, I would still probably use the iPad 80% of the time. I doubt they offer so cheap next year.

word

I stopped spending "real money" on the NBA after I had to shell out $600 for a pair of nosebleads last time the Spurs made the finals. My back was literally up against the arena wall. (At least I was dead center- I could have had endzone seats).

I know it's not the NBA charging those prices, but still, I figure if I can get something for free... might as well. Makes those times where you have to shell out a few hundred bucks for game tickets more palatable... What comes around goes around.

Rewarding the league for its greed is stupid. For that reason alone there was no way I was going to throw any $$ their way.

If this was a normal year, however I would pick spurs, mavs, rockets, pacers, bulls

I just got the league pass mobile for 40 bucks I watch whatever team I want. I actually like watching on the phone as the quality is great and I can watch anywhere.

Denver has the second highest-scoring offense in the league, and one of the worst defenses. That's always a recipe for a good time.

I thought about buying that for my iPad but from what i read the NBA blocks the iPad from streaming via Apple Tv to a TV. I bought broadband and I access it with Apple Tv onto my set.

I'm glad to hear you are happy with it though. If the price is that much cheaper next year I'll likely buy that option and connect the iPad through a VGA
