Lowry filled the stat sheet with 33 points, nine assists and eight rebounds while Martin added 28 points -- including four consecutive free throws in overtime to seal the win -- for the Rockets, who are 4-1 at home this season.
Nicolas Batum netted 29 points on 6-of-7 shooting from beyond the arc with eight rebounds and four blocks for Portland, which lost its third straight game.
