:lol Brown: Steve Blake’s Injury ‘Big Blow’
we go from the oldest point guard to a middle of the road pg to a rookie....:lol
Kobe will be legendary if he can pull this title off...
(Steve) Blake was diagnosed with fractured cartilage connecting his sternum and rib, and doctors have estimated he will miss around a month of action. Blake had been thinking before the doctors researched the matter that maybe he would miss a week.
“I could go on and on about the kid,” Coach Mike Brown said of Blake, who is averaging 24.3 minutes to Fisher’s 24.8. Brown called it “a big blow” to lose Blake for so long. Rookie point guard Darius Morris will get a chance to work with some backup minutes, and Brown acknowledged that Morris is at least confident.
