OK, we're down to the wire here, guys. Do any of you have any old rituals or superstitions you always did before a Spurs game - then stopped doing them because everything started to look easy?
For example, in our house we always had to buy a Bill Miller's lemon meringue pie before a game and eat it at half-time. Every time we did that, we won. Well, my butt grew about 23 inches during both series, but, hey, anything for the team, right?
Anyway, we stopped doing that the third game of this series because I couldn't get through the door anymore, and even last game I couldn't bring myself to buy one because just the thought of merigue was enough to make me hurl.
Well, hurling is fine if we win on Sunday.
So, Sunday we buy a lemon meringue pie from Bill Miller's. If any of you have old rituals you've forgotten to use because it didn't seem necessary anymore - well, pull them out of the closet and use them!
(And share them with the rest of us if you want to...)
