I would be up for sitting TD to avoid the beating that Howard generally pulls on him...

You think the Spurs can make the playoffs with a 33-33 record?

A good thing about LeBron exploding and winning the game in a matter of minutes is that TD and TP were able to rest a lot in the second half. No need to rest.

If that's Pop's plan he may as well concede games and save the embarrassment.

No...

Put Bonner in street clothes and give his minutes to Thomas.

Even better, just hand him a few coupons to the local sandwich diner only good between the hours of the game.

Sitting players is straight up retarded.

Anyone healthy enough should play every game.

I would like to see what Pop would do to the big three during a back-to-back-to-back.

Tim doesn't need rest. He needs help as in a starting quality big that can guard the best frontcourt player and help with post scoring. The best fit on the roster currently is Tiago.

Look at the West now and its possible. But this has nothing to do with my comment of rest. Spurs aren't going to win every home home; they wont lose every road game. But the vets need rest or else we will lose another of our big 3 to injury.

Its not about health. Its about rest in a grueling 66 game schedule.

Don't be surprised if Tim rests tonight.
