Top 5 worst starters?..

Difficult ranking, but I'd go:

1- Rasual Butler
2- Omri Casspi
3- Wes Johnson
4- Iman Shumpert
5- Derek Fisher

HM: Belinelli, Singleton, Ilyasova..

Yeah..because 11.3 points, 2 assists, and 3 rebounds per game is absolutely horrible...

:rolleyes

For the money, yes...but he's not one of the worst starters in the league.

There's no way he should even be thought of when it comes to worst starters.

Shumpert is the rookie of the decade for the Knicks and should be in the rookie of the year considerations. He's super athletic, I'd say he's more athletic than John Wall. He can shoot and drive, he also uses his athleticism defensively.

When your go to guy late in the fourth over Melo and Amar'e is a rookie you know he can ball.

^^^ Especially the missed field goals column.

:lol Shumpert is more talented than any player that would receive consideration for this thread, but his style of play will never translate to wins..he's an inefficient chucker that can't even crack 40% from the field..

I don't think I've ever seen a player receive more unwarranted hype from a fanbase, tbh..

Hows having a rookie as the 4th quarter go to guy working out for the Knicks :lol, it's the equivalent of Dantoni letting barbosa take tons of 4th quarter shots. Barbosa filled up the stat sheet but it didn't work for the Suns.

RJ as of right now. He's been useless as of late. So what he made some shots that actually fueled his energy at the other end, when he's not scoring, he's invisible.

Just goes to show that those who said D'Antoni didnt like rookies (because the Suns kept selling draft picks and he wouldnt play DJ Strawberry) were completely clueless.

Its not that he didnt like playing rookies, he just didnt like playing rookies that were drafted second to last in the second round who had no offensive game to speak of and had no business being in the NBA.

THat being said, D'Antoni sucks for many other reasons.

Damn, I thought Casspi was supposed to be an up and coming player. Has he really regressed to worst starter in the league material?

That was only when he played in Sacramento, A.
That was only when he played in Sacramento against us, B.

Whoever starts at C for Bobcats

They were starting Diaw at center. But in recent games, they've started that Mullens kid. He changed how they listed his name from "B.J." to "Byron." Not much of an improvement if you ask me. But they played the Pistons a week ago and apparently he's been playing pretty well. 12 and 5 in 23 minutes, and you'd assume his minutes will go up if he continues to start. He's got a nice jumper for a center and he's really big and solid athletically.

Rasual Butler has been the starting SF for the Raptors for most of the young season. He's averaging 4.4 points and 2.7 rebounds and does nothing else, and he's shooting a crispy .277 from the field.

I mention Kidd and no one disagrees with me? lol that shows how far he has declined. Kidd should've just retired winning a ring. Too bad he is going to be another one of those players that played 1 year too long.

I thought it was someone frome Biyombo, Diop, White. Mullens sucked preety much in OKC, but he`s got nice stats this year.

D'antoni refused to use 1st round picks, which enabled him to use the "All my rookies suck!" excuse.

What's your excuse for D'Antoni not wanting to use Kurt Thomas?

And aside from who the worst the starter in the NBA is, the worst backcourt in the NBA is the Douglas/Shumpert/Fields back court.

Raja Fucking Bell. Followed closely by C.J. Miles (when he starts - thank the Gods that's not often).
