Rumor in the ad world is that Duncan and Nash are going to be a part of Bridgestone's new campaign.

Duncan and Michelle Beadle:

For a tire company? Really? Tim, Giuseppe is already a plague upon the NBA forum. Please don't encourage him.

Bridgestone must have remembered Tim's "I would love to play until the wheels come off" comment.

Given our recent struggles on the road, maybe he was trying to get some free roadside assistance.
Perhaps they were drawn to his Never Flat personality.
Unlike other hall of fame PFs, they wanted to not be associated with Donuts.
He and his previous sponsor had a blowout.
They wanted a power forward with good handling characteristics.
Maybe Bridgestone got tired of him throwing their tires in the offseason.
His Dodge needed new slicks.
They looked for the PF with ankles made of rubber, but Dirk has been busy all-season.
He gave the spare tire to DeJuan.
Originally they wanted Jefferson, but he wanted an inflated deal.
Bridgestone's motto, focused on excitement and "Passion," made Duncan the obvious choice.
