It is at lest 9 for me! :toast

-Thinking that inserting Chandler will fix all their defensive problems
-Thinking Amare can be superstr without a great PG
-Thinking that DiAntoni is a championship caliber coach
-Denver punking NY on the Carmelo trade

Every morning I check the results and LOL about another NY loss! :lol

Like Westphal was a terrible coach in Sacramento. It's a cop out, M, and a crock of shit.

Rockets own their top 5 protected pick this year, if not every year until resolution date 2015.

Knicks are 1st round fodder once again, not unlike the Trailblazers.

Any coach that doesn't coach defense isn't going to win a ring. They can have a very entertaining squad though. I thought the Suns used to be fun to watch, and Don Nelson usually had teams that were fun to watch as well. After all, it really comes down to entertainment anyhow.

I'm surprised at quite a few of their losses, like Toronto and Charlotte and Milwaukee. I actually hoped and still hope the Knicks are a legit challenge to Chicago and Miami because I think that would make for a far more interesting Eastern Conference playoffs to have another team really challenge those other two. And I do think it's good for the league when New York is good and relevant.

It seems pretty apparent that the Knicks need a lead guard to help with shot distribution. Melo is rivaling Kobe as a chucker. The Knicks defense isn't good but it has improved slightly. But their offense has gotten worse from last year. FG% is down and assists are down and turnovers up. Seems like their offense has been just as much of a problem as their defense this season.

If someone will challenge Miami and Chicago it is going to be Indiana not the Knicks.

Rose, Wade and James would tear their defense to pieces in the playoffs.

They only win when Melo scores 1 point or less. Get rid of that bloated primadonna and the Knicks might secure a 7th or 8th seed. Otherwise, it's lottery pickins for them and another year older for the aging Stoudamire.

Oh yes, to answer your question. I love the Knicks sucking 9/10. I'm not sure how D'Antoni can coach in a pee-wee basketball league much less the NBA. He gets my vote for easily worse than Pop.

And it is proven - Amare is 1/2 of a player when he is not paired with a great PG and shooters.

I hate Melo. I think Stat is a lazy SB. I NEVER thought Chandler was the right player for that mix (nor Melo and Stat) and Amnesty-ing Bips was unfair to Bips and a bad basketball decision, and Mike D' proves over and over again that he is lazy and dumb as an NBA coach...

Still, I can only get a 9 level satisfaction out of this, as it was all predictable, and the Knicks haven't been relevant since Spreewell went to the T-Wolves...

I'm with Jammy the knicks being relevant is better for ball. Not because of stern's marketing concerns, but the MSG when games matter is a cool place to stage a playoff game.

I also think that shot hungry players like Kobe & Melo NEED a strong PG or a strong minded coach especially as they age. Neither the Knicks or Lakers have either ...

The volume would go to 12 if D'Umbtoni would take Nash back and get him the fuck outta PHX so we can all move on with our basketball lives.
