I beseech the Committee to hear me out. The current problems the NBA Forum faces are because of more than one poster, and as currently constructed the law of the land only allows for one person to be dealt with per month.

In order to bring the change we all hope for a message needs to be sent to the conspirators who are trying to bring down this forum with their unabashed faggotry (still legal till 2/01).

This new provision would allow us to ban/pink these perpetrators as a group, rather than wait individually each month.

I don't think there's anything preventing to committee from drafting legislation that would pink/ban certain poster(s). There's obviously the risk that presenting such legislation would get vetoed and a committee member position might be at risk.
