lol this game would have been over at the 3 min mark if Kerby didn't go into Kobe System mode. Luckily Metta and Bynum able to bail em out again.

Let's be real, the Lakers will probably follow up this "huge" win with a letdown loss next game....

But by going into Kobe System mode it allowed Bynum a chance to be the hero of a close game--thus Kobe just helped Bynum mature even more.
That's leadership, folks.

Overrated win for the Lakers. Chris Paul obviously isn't a 100% and if he was, the Clips win this going away.

Bean's not 100% either with his smorgasbord of injuries. But he toughs it out, and never makes excuses.

Still the best team in LA. Lucky for the Lakers, they got the Clips for Chris Paul's first game back.
That said, gotta commend Kirby for keeping himself below 20 shots and feeding the bigs. If he manages to understand his role as the 3rd best player on this team, the Lakers could very well be a darkhorse that sneaks into the second round.

You had me until this ... that being said smart gameplan by Brown. If kobe and the guards misses long shots clips get out and run ...

Eeeeh. Disparaging the Lakers ain't no fun when the usual fucksticks aren't around, but overall, the board is infinitely more tolerable without their Kobe cocksucking and catchphrase repetition. The committee idea is indeed working.

You probably are right. they are deeper and have more talent, but they STILL are the Clips.

But if he did make excuses, they would go somewhere along the along the lines like this: Get open, and I'll pass you the ball. I didn't see you all alone in the paint, my bad Pau, my bad Andrew. The clockshot was down to 15 seconds, I had to shoot. :lol

It's more like toughen up, get more aggressive and finish and you will get the ball.
