With the new EC being implmented, I would like to ask, what are the proper channels for calling the attention to a potential problem for the EC to review? Lets say, for ex. I have come across blatent, excessive, trolling. What should I do? Should I attempt to counter troll the shit out of said troller(more fun tbh), but risk becoming a violator myself, or report this violator to the proper authorities? Thanks to all the esteamed EC for taking the time to read this.
