Of all Small Forwards that are playing 20 minutes or more, per game, Richard Jefferson is last in shot attempts in the paint, per game. He's averaging 1.1 shots per game, in the paint, only Shane Battier is close, at 1.4(he doesn't start and he plays significantly less minutes).

Jefferson is averaging 30 minutes per game, yet he's shooting less, in the paint, than a substantial number of small forwards that are playing only 20 minutes per game.

Some of it is by design, but it's evident that Jefferson is shying away from attacking the rim.
