But if he or the Heat are to ever reach their FULL potential ...he has to be the man in the 1st as well as the 4th. Wade has more offensive skill but no one in NBA history (that i have seen) is more naturaly gifted than Lebron.

I get what you are saying, but I dont think that it is bad most guys dont go all out for 4 quarters, and with a team as talented as this one he shouldn't have to. Plus who probably expends more energy on both end of the court? I'm not hating on Rose. You can be an elite player and be a choker. Those true moments don't come around too often, so you can overcome. Rose is prob the best PG in the league (if not he's #2-3), but he has shown to be a choker. He can change that, but he hasn't and it's hard to do so.

Lebron has had some epic chokes, but he can make up for that on defense (like today) and he's taken a team to the finals on his own back at a young age in one of the most incredible playoff series I've ever seen (Cavs/Pistons).

Rose is an athletic freak. But compared to LeBron I don't think he's as athletic when you factor in LeBron's size and strength. They have similar quickness and speed but Lebron is much stronger and larger. Rose is at a disadvantage when matched up with Bron in ISO.

Those are the reasons I expect Bron to be able to force Rose into difficult shots. How Rose matches up with every other defender in the League has nothing to do with how he matches up against Lebron.
