The Honorable Kori Ellis has already passed it into legislation, so come the 1st, it will be official law of the land and nothing can change that fact. It's an outstanding piece of legislation that will definitely benefit Spurstalk for the good and punish those who seek to pollute this fine nation with their unimaginative shtick and boorish repetition. Without such governance in place, Spurstalk would become a litter filled wasteland that would prompt Iron Eyes Cody to weep himself into dehydration.
