That sucks. I have NBA broadband but when i try to launch the application it refuses to load (first time all season for me). So i've had to find the game elsewhere. Good luck.

It finally launched but it's stuck at the 95% load point. I understand what you mean about the contact information. Seems that the NBA and NBA.com goes to extreme lengths to prevent customers from contacting them.

Yeah the reason I did Broadband this year was it was cheaper and they still show 99% of the games on LP in fucking standard def....in the year 2012!!!!!!
