Success can spoil a fan base and then they start to feel entitled. All of Boston's teams have won championships in the past decade. It's hard to win championships. It's hard to have sustained success. Pistons fans had been bitching and moaning from 2006-2008 about not getting passed the conference finals. The last three seasons for Detroit prove sometimes it's not greener on the other side.
