With the Spurs and Knicks both on their respective runs, what would you say the odds are of a rematch in the Finals? :lobt2:

That would actually be pretty epic.

TP vs. Lin
Melo vs. Manu
TD vs. Amare
Splitter vs. Chandler
Neal vs. Shumpert

and poetic justice for the Miamis and Clipperses of the league

Spurs/Heat would be more of a "seems right" matchup.

Since the Mavs got their revenge in a rematch of the 2006 Finals last season, it would be fitting that Lebron get his in a rematch, only the Spurs win again. That would really fuck Lebron's world up.

Especially if the Spurs were to LeBroom his ass again. :flag:

Spurs would not LeBroom. D-Wade is the real deal. He would make it at least a 6-gamer

Exactly bro.

Though two asterisks equal a full championship, no?

Irregardless, the season is redolent to the '99 in every nook and cranny.

Hell yeah! Let's do it!

Timmy gets one for the thumb and retires one better than Shaq. :hat

Everytime I hear the organ "dun dun....dun dun" at MSG it brings back memories of that best summer of my life.

Yeah that was one of my fave summers ever as well! I paraded the whole summer while turning 21 celebrating! That is a great year. :lobt:

Except Timmy isn't 23 years old and we aren't sporting one of the most suffocating defenses in NBA history...but yeah besides all those minor details it's EXACTLY the same :lol

Would be Jefferson vs Melo (not Ginobili), and Splitter vs whoever the knicks backup C is.

Moot point anyway.

Knicks will get destroyed in the playoffs by either the bulls or heat.
