Give the Tampa Bay Rays credit where credit is due. They apparently do not care what anyone thinks of them.

Evidence of that will be presented this weekend when the Rays debut their new mascot, DJ Kitty. It's a cat in a Rays uniform with a backward hat wearing a cowbell around its neck. Seriously.

Remember what people who never watched Juan Gonzalez play say about him, that he wasn't a hard worker, that he didn't step up in the playoffs, that he didn't have patience at the plate, that he wasn't good enough to carry a team to a title? That's actually what Albert Pujols is. No, I wouldn't trade Mitch Moreland for the dominican Mark Teixera.
