Should there be an In Memoriam ASG MVP?

With the AllStar game rapidly approaching, I was thinking there's always one or two trophy chasers (especially over the hill ones) that are going to try to chuck their way into the MVP trophy, ruining the game for teammates and fans alike.

So the question is, should the NBA be better served by just handing these guys a In Memoriam MVP trophy?
