Anyone have it? They are offering 30Mbps down for $50/mo. Much better deal with more than Uverse offers, I am getting it installed next week. I can't deal with my shitty Uverse over VPN anymore.

I got the extreme one and it works well for me, we have alot running off my router 17+ devices running 4 wired the rest wireless. When I got it they gave me the stupid modem/wireless router combo and it sucks balls, If my magic jack got a call everything slowed to a crawl and I would lag out if playing online.

I googled and found how to put it into bridge mode and used it just as a modem and rehook my router and everything is fine now.

I have the turbocharged internet (something like 15 mb with the ability to jump to 20 mb). I think it's like $50 a month or something like that. Works well, although I'm getting frustrated with the modem. Eventually I'll buy one and return their modem and at least save a little on the rental fee.

I miss my uncapped internet that I had before I moved when I was getting speeds of 140 mb/s.

That hurts...

I mean, in France, where the costs of anything is quite high, we get this thing : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freebox (http://spurstalk.com/forums/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freebox) (basically a mode+router+nas+media center) for 30€ a month (40/45$)... And with something like up to 28mb for DSL and 100mb for fiber...

Its probably because of speed boost.

Got it installed, I don't think I will need a separate router since I am pulling 20 down on my phone speedtest :tu

Here is my wired speedtest:

This plus DirecTV is kicking the shit out of UVerse speedwise, picture quality wise, and especially price-wise.

So you are using the modem/router in one box that they give you? I was getting good speeds with that but it suck when multiple users were on at once. It would slow my online play if the voip phone was used which was stupid because the speed should be enough for both.

With my own router I don't have that issue. I play online and can't even tell if someone is on the phone but without my router I know someone was on the phone or even YouTube for that matter.

Well my roomate isn't home yet, we will see. I will get a new router and flash it with tomato if i need to

Edit: Duh, I was working while downloading binaries at 2M, had no issues. He said they got these new modems in last week so maybe this one is newer.

Did experience a bit of wonkiness with DNS, but I disabled the firewall and IP filtering and it went away.

I just got it last month, but if it works for you that's great.

I got tired of some general oddness (usually involving DNS crap), bought an Asus RT-N16 and flashed it with Tomato. Everything is much snappier now, and it wasn't that hard to get the Ubee in bridge mode.

The only issue I have now is every once in awhile the modem will not connect and even when I call they can't talk to the modem but then a few hours later it comes back on just fine. My old modem hardly even lost connection and when it did it was a few minutes at most not hours like this one. I need to call it in but been to busy to sit and wait for a tech to show up.

I'm getting this on the Turbo that I got for 39.99 month (website showing it for 49.99 now).

Except, starting yesterday, I'm only able to connect to half of my devices. My laptop and desktop and Sonos system connect, but I have two iPhones, an iPad and a PS3 that won't connect.

Any ideas on what I should do? I've restarted the modem/router (it's the all-in-one one that TW provides) a few times with no luck.

Do the iPad/iPhone see the network but can't connect, or don't see the network at all? If it can't see the network at all, it could be interference or the router being a bitch. If it can see it but won't connect, it could be your security settings on the network?

I figured it out the router was limiting the number of devices that could be connected. So I fixed that.

I ended up doing what Slydragon suggested because every time I would adjust settings or even leave the Ubee router page it would kill my connection for a few minutes. I have had this new router and have not even had to reset it once(Ubee router needed to be reset every week or so until I put it in bridge mode), and I got some nice results boosting the wireless signal in the tomato firmware:
