I haven't gotten to see a whole lot of him since he left Miami, so for those who have...what position does he fit better, PF or SF?

IF he were to join the Lakers (w/o Pau leaving), would he be better suited as a backup 4 or a starting 3?

He doesn't excel at one more than the other, tbh..one of the rare players that seems to play as effectively at both..

he gets raped on defense as a pf. he is exclusively a sf in minny, but there is a bust that gets minutes ahead of him

Beasley has played almost as many minutes at PF, over the last 2 seasons, as he has at SF, according to the numbers..

Yes, Wes Johnson is terrible, but Beasley is a cancer, unless he's a 6th man..

True, that's been the case...but he's also only been on young teams with young or inexperienced coaches--until this season, where he's been mostly injured.

He's 6-10', immensely talented, but wildly inconsistent...what former Laker does that remind you of? The difference being that one has maturity issues while the other has emotional issues.

Mr. Potato Head is a shitty coach (and I'm not one who puts a lot of weight on coaching anyways), but he can coach defense, and if Beasley can buy into that then he's worth the TE, imo. It's a team stocked full of longtime NBA Championship vets, so I think that atmosphere helps him grow up.

It's well worth the risk, b/c being last in PPG in the WC is not going to cut it. We need youth, athleticism, and offense and he provides all 3

Tbh, Beasley is 6'10 like JJ Barea is 6'0

Pau to Houston for Lowry/Martin and Scola is beginning to look likely, if not imminent.

Just read from Woj that nets turned down Monta for Lopez. Lakers interested in Monta for Pau type package?
