Can we get this guy again? 7 foot tall, 240, and can run the floor pretty well.

Dude is terrible, the only thing I really remember about him on the spurs its duncan yelling at him for messing up on defense every single game.
My friend once told me elson was getting drunk after like a 30 point blow out at the hotel he works at, even tried to get e. Watson to drink with him, watson wound up cussing him out.
Dude doesn't take his job seriously, spurs don't need that kind of player.

No thanks. It was painfully enought to watch him pump fake 2-3 times everytime he got the ball.

To be waived while his contract was guaranteed for the remaining of the season, he should have been bad, really bad.

The dude was pretty fast. With how the team likes to run more he would fit in.

It was a 10-day contract. The 76ers just decided they didn't want him back.
Anyway. I don't see him coming back

At 36, this mediocre journeyman's career is probably over (but NBA overxepansion may allow him some more no-contribution salary)

Thanks for contributing as a Tall Balls role player in 2007s Championship, Frankie.
Never seemed the same after his orbital bone was broken in summer ball.

I'd rather sign current Kevin Willis or Tony Massenburg over this sorry excuse for a basketball player. It's truly a testament how good Duncan was to win a title with this chump playing big minutes next to him

Aren't you thinking of Nazr Mohammed?

We should wave at him too as he is walking out of the league.

Elson is a classic example of how some Spurs fans generalize players just because they were on a championship team. I can't believe people want him back. How was he any good? He was goddawful...worse than Bonner and about as bad as Blair. While he was big, his IQ was worse than Blair's and his hands were awful.
I don't want any of those ass clowns back tbh. Wish them well and all that, but we didn't release them because they were just too good.
I'll take my chances in the free agency or the draft.

Elson had one good game his entire Spurs career: the 2006-07 season opener in Dallas.

Worse than Blair, he has some 20-20 games here, Elson has what? He is far worse spite his size.

Jefferson is a classic example of how some Spurs fans generalize players just because they were on a 1st round ousted team. I can't believe people want him cut. How is he any good? He was goddawful...worse than Bonner and about as bad as Finley. While he is gay, his effort is worse than Finleys and his rebounding is awful.
