Since August and the immediate revelation that without Peyton, the Colts would suck for Luck harder than anybody else, I've said that if Peyton couldn't get back to normal then it only makes sense to reboot with Luck because he's young and could develop into his own kind of elite QB talent.
If Peyton is healthy, even if you draft Luck, you CANNOT be the owner who let's a healthy Peyton Manning just sign with whoever the fuck he wants, whilst letting some of his contract hit your salary cap. Colts have five days until their version of "The Decision." Actually having legit coaching on defense now will probably result in a net improvement on defense, and we already know Manning is good for 10 wins and a top 3 offense by himself.
Call me crazy but Luck might just end up getting the Aaron Rodgers discount double check and have to sit on the bench for two years.
