NBA 2k12 Roster question for Xbox 360

I just got nba 2k12 for the 360 but I am trying to find a way to download the latest roster online since I do not have xbox live. Can anyone help me on this? I am a noob on this. :depressed

i'm pretty sure you can still download it with a silver membership just can't play online, not too sure since i'm a ps3 user but i read somewhere that it worked like that if not you might have to download one using your computer to USB drive and just transfer it to your xbox
