He has the right to destroy his TV. She was initially cornered but he never prevented her from leaving the immediate area. As someone supposedly "physically intimidated", she certainly didn't act like it. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation or leave due to fear, she was provoking him by standing in front of his TV, pushing him and trying to hit him multiple times.

Keep in mind, this is all a result of them arguing over a Playstation. They should both be euthanized, at least for the sake of their children.
