Is this a trick question?

Many people use the backboard during layups and Tony Parker is one of the best at this, but that isn't a true bank shot.

I don't know of anyone who regulary uses a bankshot as the major weapon in his shooting arsenal except Duncan.

I'm guessing Tiago was not allowed to use a teammate. Or maybe the makers of this video are trying to cause a stir in SA and get a Tiago vs Tim rivalry going :lol

i seem to remember a similar video about the best post moves in the nba. i think it was posted several months ago. iirc, garnett said timmy is the best.

best post moves + best bank shot = not too bad timmy!!! good job.

There is an academic paper on the internet about the bank shot from some Phd. at MIT or some University. By the use of mathematical formulas and physics, he proves that from almost anywhere on the court, a bank shot has a mathematically better chance of going in to the basket than a 'swish'.
