Expected. I think they'll take their sweet time with TJ Ford, and rightly so.

Just wat we need. This Jacque vahun ass nigga. Can't shoot. Don't shoot. An can't dribble, looking not to fuck up. Why they don't just sign a dam vet. All this callin then sending then recalling to an from the d league gets on my DAM nerves.

Frankly, the Cory Joseph experiment has been a massive fail in terms of him being ready to play in his rookie season. The Spurs have the roster space to sign a point guard to fill in during the TJ Ford injury. Signing someone like Ben Uzoh or an old washed up veteran like Mike James or Antonio Daniels makes more sense than pretending Joseph is ready for the NBA.

Especially since it's now painfully clear that TJ Ford can't be counted on, the Spurs can't simply count on Joseph to step in. Right now, Joseph is a below average point guard on the D-League level. He's nowhere near ready to play for an NBA team trying to win games.

Agreed, Joseph is not and will not be ready for prime time at any point this season.

Antonio Daniels is in great shape and playing well, though it looks like his shot is leaving him. James is obviously a better shooter.

They don't need a PG who can shoot. If they can find one that can adequately run the offense to give TP some rest, and he can hit an open shot and play D to an extent, then that's more than enough.

Well you stick to you guns that for sure. You do not like TJ at all.

CJ will be more of a garbage minutes player but when he's on the court for meaningful minutes, hopefully Manu will be there to balance CJ's "game".

?

What's that post have to do with TJ other than pointing out the obvious that he can't be counted on to stay healthy?
