TD has 21 and 12 though... Underrated game for him (maybe his body has figured out that it's mid-March).

21 and 13 to be exact

Its becoming more difficult for them to negate everything the Spurs have been doing.

Even that bald headed douchebag Barry is starting to acknowledge them a little.

Eh? They negated championships 4 times. Regular season wins are easy.

Spurs don't have the benefit of the doubt after the last two playoff flameouts. They're going to have to prove it in the playoffs. Getting out of the first round would be a good start.

You have to understand, a reason they get treated the way they do by the national media is because they want it that way. Pop absolutely shits on the national press, Duncan isn't much better and their PR staff has been instructed to be as completely uncooperative as possible to everybody.

I'm sure Manu doesn't care about it one way or the other and that Tony wishes that the way the team does things was different, but it's not their call. It's Pop and Tim's call and they want to be left the fuck alone.

If it were up to Pop he'd never talk to anyone and he probably wouldn't let his players talk either. In a major media market like NY, LA or Chicago they couldn't get away with operating this way because of how successful they are, but because it's a small market anyway, it's not like you have to twist ESPN's arm to not get them to talk about you, especially when the two of your three best players are foreigners and none of them play above the rim or say much of anything controversial.
