Start :downspin: that chemistry ish :lol
Bynum kept this game close,
This guy is beasting lately.
Its too bad the Lakers AKA Kobe still insists on chucking unnecessary shots just so he can meet his 20 shots per.
If they can just realize the little fact that Bynum is the key to winning games, specially in the playoffs, the Lakers will become one tough cookie.
But alas, Kobe is blind to this little fact.

Can't. Missed the game. How did Sessions look? Box score says he got 10 FTAs for his 10 points, 6 assists. That tells me he was aggressive.

I see he had 12 points tonight. He should be starting. I told you the chemistry with him and Sessions is good. Sessions should be starting over the white goose egg (5 ZERO point games in the last 13 including tonight).
MB will get a memo to start Sessions from Jim Buss real soon - I hope.

If Bynum would've missed one less shot and made all his ft's this would've been a win. On to Houston...
What a fucker. Bring in D.Howard, stop wasting Kobe years.

Last year they lost to Utah and that blew any chances of catching the Spurs. Different year, probably same story
I hope not though. There's still a ton of games to go
As long as they don't get the Thunder or a healthy Grizz in the 1st round it's all good.

Quite an uplifting game if you think about it. 25 to's, missed 9 ft's, Kobe missed 17 shots, and still only lost by 4 to a team fighting for their playoff lives.
They are lackadaisical throughout the game, had no focus, yet still had a chance at the end. When this team actually tries, they'll be good. Just an effort thing tonight. I happens over the long haul of a season and it never helps when every opponent deifies you.

Realistically thinking...Kobe attempting all those shots like if it's his last basketball game will be the ultimate downfall of the Lakeshow.
Really bad shot selection in important junctures of the game. Gasol and Bynum were playing really well and should have been fed the ball more, but Kobe prevented that from happening most of the time within the offense. Also, if you take a lot of shots during a game and you so happen to be unfortunate in missing a lot of those, it's basic basketball instinct to create for your teammates, Kobe has a hard time knowing this.
It's really alarming. Unless Kobe turns on God Mode like he has before while he was in or just slightly past his prime (past couple of years), the Lakers aren't going anywhere.

When you're with a man naked in a shower there is no where to hide. It's all there hanging out. Your long comings and short comings. And then that bar of soap hits the tile with a thud and the moment of truth is at hand. Kobe passes the Zest, Pierce slips on the loafa and Artest makes a big, big splash.

Don't need to. Now that we have a acquired a pick and roll point guard to play off the ball with Kobe, and one who is a crappy spot up shooter and mediocre defender as well I might add, plus the greatness that is Jordan Hill we will be running to the 'ship. I attribute tonight to the fact that Hill hasn't gotten up to speed yet. Once he understands Mike Brown's complicated, highly advanced offensive sets and replaces Murph in the rotation we will automatically improve to an 80% win percentage. Bow before me as I get my 17th!
