3 of 20 shooting and taking the final shots in a close game whenever you have two better options (Bynum and Gasol) who played outstanding tonight.

Bynum

Lol at the idiots who put him a number 3 MVP candidate. I don't give a fuck what his ppg is this year, Kobe's overall play has been mediocre.

Son, it's just one game. He'll do what he did when he sucked @ Denver: go on a 40ppg spree and tire himself out before playoffs

Kobe's legs look dead. Alec Burks just blew by him like he was glued to the ground. Resulted in an easy lay in.
Dead legs but still had the energy to hoist 20 shots in spite of.

In the wake of the MJ/Phil commercial, Kobe has no recourse but to say "It's just one game, one game"

No, they really wouldn't. No matter how crappy Kobe plays, he will draw a double team. He's the only player, besides sometimes Bynum, who messes up the opposing defense.

ESPN:
Out Of Tune
Kobe Bryant and the Lakers couldn't get in sync, and it caught up to them against the Jazz
:lmao
I just saw that and laughed. It's going to be funny when ESPN commentators call out the "media" for hiding this shit, when they are the ones doing it.

sons the fact is the Lakers played damn good tonight, really damn good. It was Kobe Bryant and his usual selfish antics that cost them the game.
but hey ... he still scored 15 points right?

Son, his team and him couldn't get in sync... that's why he shot 3-20...

I don't see why any legit "All Star" would want to play alongside Kobe anyways. they're going to do most of the work and get next to no credit for it because of the media and their Kobe agenda. You wouldn't even know Bynum played tonight by watching the highlights.

A good team becomes great by overcoming adversity together. A great leader understands that if there's no adversity to be found it's up to them to make it. The media needs to change his name from Black Mamba to Dark Knight. When the Lakers win the championship it will be because of the lessons they learned bouncing back from the losses that Kobe engineered. Kobe Bryant is willing to let himself be hated, be hunted because he can take it.
Kobe Bryant is just being the hero the Lakers need. No surprises here.

Nonsense. Hate is temporary, fleeting motivator. Sooner than later the hate disappears because the hated drifts away and out of LOS and you're left bereft.
Bryant is a self motivator. He'll never disappear from his LOS.

Kobe's irrelevancy will be here soon enough. And you'll be left with nothing but fuzzy memories, a diaper and the knowledge that Kobe was never the best of his era.
