when he tried to take a time out that they didn't have? Was it a "good" no call or do you think the refs just didn't see it??

because.. there was no time left on the clock...dont worry, if he would of called the timeout with time left... ever spur on that bench would be livid

It was a tough call because time was expired. It's arguable that the clock read .1 seconds, but I personally feel he was just too slow.

It was a dumb move, but I don't think the Spurs got ripped off on that.

I think the refs didn't see it. I wonder if they would have reviewed it if one of the refs had seen him calling a TO. I think it's a bad move on the refs to not have called it. Hubie Brown defended Sheed by saying that it's not a timeout until the refs see you do it, when it's actually as soon as the player makes the movement. I mean, the violation in this situation is calling a TO when you have no TOL, which is what Sheed did, which is a Technical.

Of course the refs saw it!!! the whole world saw that. I also saw Billups cuss Sheed out, and Sheed's embarrased face

Like any great performer, Sheed managed to come back with an even greater screwup later.

Refs don't have the balls to call a technical in that situation.

They also didn't have the balls to call an offensive foul/travelling on Rip on the last shot.
