Rich Franklin vs. Cung Le - I hate to pick against MY BOY, but Cung Le is awesome.
Forrest Griffin vs. Tito Ortiz - WHO CARES?! DRAW
Michael Bisping vs. Tim Boetsch - I predict another Hendo-Style KO.
Renan Barao vs. Jeff Hougland

Anderson Silva vs. Chael P. Sonnen - Sorry Chael, but you're about to be exposed. I fucking hate Silva with a deep, burning passion, but you caught him on a bad day last time and you still lost. I smell a first round K.O. Book that shit.

Not a member but if you have not been to a live event before be careful where the seats are. You don't want to be too low because of the camera crew blocking your view. Aim for something in the middle.

Should be all covered on TUF this Friday...

It looks like Urijah Faber will have to wait for the chance to settle his long standing rivalry with Dominick Cruz.

The UFC's reigning bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz has been forced out of UFC 148 after suffering a knee injury in training while working at The Ultimate Fighter Live.

Sources close to the situation confirmed the news to MMAWeekly.com on Monday.

Cruz was coaching alongside his teammates from the Alliance Training Center, teaching his team of lightweights on the first ever installment of TUF on FX.

The injury occurred while Cruz was working with his team, while also training for his showdown to Faber on July 7 in Las Vegas.

Cruz being forced out of the bout now leaves Urijah Faber without an opponent for the UFC 148 card, and it's unclear at this time if there will be a replacement or if Faber will be pulled.

MMAWeekly.com will have more information on this breaking news when it becomes available.

I'm rooting for Sonnen as well. I hated his trash talking to begin with. But I quickly realized that as an entertainer, he's quite special. As a fighter, he's respectable as well.

As far as truly believe him to win... we'll see. He doesn't need any more motivation to work ridiculously hard and/or be thorough with his strategy. If he comes in 100% prepared mentally and physically, then anything is possible.

I agree.. Silva is certainly under pressure to follow through with this fight because the UFC needs a big selling event but he has laid the groundwork to find a way out..

We know this..

Silva openly said time and again that Chael does not deserve a rematch with him..

Silva had to be talked into the fight heavily by Dana after it went bust in Brazil..

Silva was full of excuses for his poor performance last time (Rib injury)

Silva is laying the groundwork for a pull out or another excuse for a less than stellar showing.. Chael isn't just trolling when he says Silva does not want to fight him, the evidence is there..

I won’t really get excited about this one until the weigh ins..

I have doubts the fight will happen, yes. If it does, I expect Silva to obliterate Sonnen in epic fashion. I'm tired of Cheal. I don't hate the guy, but his routine is old and tired. I HATE Silva with a burning passion, but that doesn't change the fact that he's going to face rape Sonnen.

And I'm not sure why you brought Mir into this, but whatever floats your butt hole. I must've missed something, because I haven't seen him trash talk JDS one bit. Perhaps you can post a link? After his victory against Stann via arm triangle I predicted if Sonnen got the chance he would do the same against Silva. After that victory, up to this point, I've read from his trainers that he is evolved a lot especially in BJJ. They say he is picking up things quickly in that department: guard passes etc.

If Sonnen gets top position on Silva, watch out.

Dana might be going to strong on taking over the world

I do not that big expansion and I think it is bad in a way.

I'd prefer UFC to be national sport in america - something like NBA is in bball or NHL in hockey.

They could give some shows outside but they should stay in America in general and not be doing 2 cards a week which will happen next year probably.

Id rather have 2 cards a month ...

But whatever I will watch it anyway and there will be great fights. So no matter the business just pick and choose - watch what you want

Good points.. I genuinely think that the UFC is now suffering from too many cards. The UFC used to do a better job stacking them up but in the last year with injuries and the UFC also trying to save big fights they have blown it IMO. We are now getting cards with good main events and no names on the rest of the card more than ever before. They need to tweak some things in their model..

Bottom line Sonnen has to win a decision he is not going to be able to take Silva out.. MAIN CARD (Pay-per-view)

Champ Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen (for middleweight title)
My gut tells me that Silva will survive and find a way to win this fight but my heart is with Sonnen big time in this fight.. I hate Silva.. I am sick of his clownish bullshit in the cage, his ego, his asshole manager, his unbeaten streak in the UFC, i just want the guy to go the fuck away already.. Sonnen must use the same game-plan that left him 2 min away from victory at UFC 117. Chael must get in Silva's chest and force the pace, put him down and go to work. High in the guard, head up especially when passing, he got too low and was triangled last time. 25 minutes of war.. Go get em Chael....

Forrest Griffin vs. Tito Ortiz

Let me be clear i Love Tito, he got me back into MMA in 2005 but i know he is done.. This is one last pay-day for him in a once great career that is now all about age and injuries. Tito asked for this fight because it will be his last and he knows it will be exciting. Tito is just nowhere near the fighter he used to be. Forrest will get Taken down but eventully get the striking going and win a UD.. Have a nice retirement Tito...

Patrick Cote vs. Cung Le

I think Cote will be more motivated since it's a UFC return fight for him.. Tough pick though...

Dong Hyun Kim vs. Demian Maia

Maia has looked horrible of late...

Chad Mendes vs. Cody McKenzie

MAIN CARD (Pay-per-view)

Champ Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen (for middleweight title)

- For someone that has always bad mouthed BJJ, I've seen a couple of reports from various coaches and media sites that he has been training a lot to improve in that area. And ever since his victory against Stann via arm triangle, I predicted that his how he would beat Silva and I'm sticking with it. If he can get top position through his wrestling like the last fight, he will have the opportunity to do just that (something he didn't look for in the 1st fight).

Forrest Griffin vs. Tito Ortiz

Patrick Cote vs. Cung Le

- Le was looking good against Wandi until he got caught.

Dong Hyun Kim vs. Demian Maia

- None of these guys have ever impressed me, Maia by submission.

Chad Mendes vs. Cody McKenzie

- Was surprised when I first heard about this fight (Cody wasn't a injury replacement), UFC most have confidence in Cody to put him up against Mendes. Mendes should win this easily with his wrestling but if it turns into a grappling match, the "McKenzietine" could make an appearance.

The dislike that top UFC middleweight contender Chael Sonnen feels toward titleholder Anderson Silva did not begin during the months leading to their first battle in August 2010.

It started much earlier.

Sonnen told ESPN.com this week the reason for his hostility toward Silva, and surprisingly, another high-profile Brazilian fighter.

“Anderson Silva and Wanderlei Silva, who have had me p---ed off for years, have gone around and tried to bully people,” Sonnen said. “That stuff doesn’t work with me.

“The buck stops here.”

Sonnen faces Silva in a 185-pound title rematch July 7 at UFC 148 in Las Vegas. In their first meeting, Sonnen dominated the action for four-plus rounds before getting caught in a triangle armbar at 3:10 of the fifth and tapping out.

Losing that title opportunity would seem to be more than enough reason to increase Sonnen’s dislike for Silva. But it was Silva’s action leading into his next title defense that took Sonnen’s anger to greater heights. Silva directed verbal insults at onetime training partner Vitor Belfort in the weeks before their Feb. 5, 2011, bout.

The biggest insult, however, occurred during their weigh-in, when Silva donned a white mask in an attempt to intimidate Belfort. Silva removed the mask during the fighter staredown.

“He wears a mask,” Belfort said at the time. “He’s a good man, but in the fight he tries to impress people and make fighters afraid of him.”

Silva would successfully defend his belt at UFC 126 with a first-round knockout of Belfort. He used a front kick on the chin to drop Belfort then finished the fight with several punches.

“I’m not Vitor Belfort,” Sonnen said. “You’re not going to stick a mask on and talk down to me and have me wilt.”

this

it's as if people think Silva's like Achilles getting pissed off. Worst scenario is Sonnen gets knocked out, big deal that's just part of the sport. Anderson won't have the time and space to toy with Chael like he's done to others. He's gonna have to go for broke with his strikes or Chael will have him on his back. Unfortunately this is why I don't think Sonnen will be able to do what he did again. Silva knows he's gonna have to be aggressive. He knows he can't sit back and snipe

This.

If this goes past round 3, I'll be shocked. Also, be prepared for Anderson to get him into a triangle or other sub, but then let it go so he can continue to clown and destroy Chael.

This time Silva will be prepared for Sonnen and he knows how Sonnen attacks.

Get ready to see Silva side stance or lower position with hips back /like Overeem vs Lesnar/.
And he now will engage early.

As I was watching the 1st fight, Silva was so close to winning with his strikes it gives me shivers. Especially that 4th round ...

So it's hard to imagine Sonnen having the same success as he had previously with better Silva who probably trained a lot with Munoz.

The fact is Chael has to do something standing up like he did last time. He can't just go forward and take Anderson down. Anderson is too good for that.

Anderson will be 100%, he will be pissed off as hell, he knows exactly what to expect from Sonnen /straight forward, to catch opponent with a knee .../, prepared as never before, motivated to destroy Chael Sonnen.
But again - Sonnen says he will beat Anderson this time and it will be not even close. Not many people believes him. However I assume there was even less believing him last time when he said: This is not gonna be a war ... this is gonna be one sided pounding and I'm swinging the hammer!

The Bisping fight was so so but there were factors that were at play. That was a last min opponent change for Chael whereas Stann he had a full camp to focus on him and smash him. I also heard rumors he had a bad weight cut for the Bisping fight. So his cut must be like it was for UFC 117 obviously.. I know Chael will bring it again, just a matter of can he win this time?

Anderson trying to play the mind games (specifically TRT, Armstrong comments, money-laundering conviction). That doesn't work against someone like Sonnen, the master of trash talk.

Silva being over aggressive to start the fight (instead of gauging his opponent) could cost him. Fighting with emotion is tough to judge going into a fight.

Silva will land some good strikes on Sonnen early on most likely, but I still see Sonnen getting the TDs eventually because he will push forward and not allow Silva to use his length to his adv.

Chael weight cut against Bisping went horrible & commission was making his life miserable all week from what I heard. If that Chael shows...

--

Someone at the presser asked Chael how his cut was going, hadn't heard anything about him having issues, so I wonder why the fan asked him that?

Of course I hadn't heard anything about that before, after the Bisping fight but it makes sense, he did look noticeably different.

So hopefully he doesn't have any cut issues for this fight and we get Silva/Stann Sonnen instead of Bisping Sonnen.

The commission better lay off this is the biggest fight of his career i am sure he did what he was supposed to especially in vegas. The cut has to go well that is for sure not sure why that happened with Bisping but his team better be on top of that.. Sonnen's performance against Stann was amazing because Stann is a true top 10 MW and he had a year layoff.. Rolled right through him.. Come on Chael....

Either way I know he will still push forward in the fight, just threw me off with that statement. Of course, Sonnen can say anything with a straight face and you wouldn't know if he was telling the truth or not.

Maybe he wants Silva to think he is having the same weight cut issues he had during the Bisping fight.

The reason why Sonnen is such a great trash talker because he is a smart individual (you can't come up with material like that if you weren't), so I'm sure there was something behind making those comments on a popular TV station like ESPN.

Not sure if he will use this in the fight, but could be an added element to throw at Silva instead of just boxing and wrestling.

"You cannot retire from a sport. Unless you win a world championship, you only quit"

-35-year-old @sonnench on his future in MMA

Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen will soon have no one to separate fist from face.

Silva -- his middleweight title reign at 2,092 days and counting -- clocked in at 184 pounds for his long-awaited rematch with Sonnen (185) in the UFC 148 main event on Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The 10 other men on the six-fight main card, including co-headliners Tito Ortiz (204) and Forrest Griffin (204), also met their mandatory weight requirements at Friday’s official weigh-in.

Silva and Sonnen met for the first time at UFC 117 in August 2010, when the challenger controlled and largely dominated the champion for the better part of five rounds. However, Silva snatched a triangle armbar for the submission in the fifth, as he authored one of the most dramatic finishes in UFC history and kept his stranglehold on the middleweight division.

One of the sport’s most celebrated competitors, Silva has won 15 consecutive fights -- a record 14 of them inside the Octagon, nine of them middleweight title defenses. The 37-year-old Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt last appeared at UFC 134 in August, when he thrashed Yushin Okami en route to a second-round technical knockout. A lethal finisher, Silva has delivered 24 of his 31 career victories by knockout, technical knockout or submission, 17 of them inside one round. Wins over onetime UFC champions Rich Franklin (twice) and Vitor Belfort, former two-division Pride Fighting Championships titleholder Dan Henderson and ex-middleweight King of Pancrase Nate Marquardt anchor his stellar resume.

Sonnen has rattled off back-to-back wins since his loss to Silva. The 35-year-old Team Quest representative last fought at UFC on FX 2 in January, when he took a unanimous verdict from “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 3 winner Michael Bisping at the United Center in Chicago. Sonnen, who wrestled collegiately at the University of Oregon, has made a career out a grinding style heavy on takedowns and ground-and-pound. He owns a 16-1-1 mark in fights that go the distance and has not lost a decision in nearly eight years.

UFC 148 “Silva vs. Sonnen 2” -- which airs live on pay-per-view at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT -- will also feature a middleweight tilt matching former Strikeforce champion Cung Le (185) with Patrick Cote (185), a welterweight duel pitting 2007 Abu Dhabi Combat Club Submission Wrestling World Championships gold medalist Demian Maia (170) against Dong Hyun Kim (170), a featherweight scrap pairing Team Alpha Male’s Chad Mendes (146) with Cody McKenzie (145) and a bantamweight bout between Tristar Gym representative Ivan Menjivar (136) and Mike Easton (135).

Two hours prior, the FX network will carry four preliminary matchups: Gleison Tibau (155) vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov (155), Melvin Guillard (155) vs. Fabricio Camoes (156), Constantinos Philippou (186) vs. Riki Fukuda (185) and Shane Roller (155) vs. John Alessio (156). The remaining bout will stream live to the UFC’s Facebook page, as AMA Fight Club’s Rafaello Oliveira (156) locks horns with Yoislandy Izquierdo (156).

Hey guys..I've been a long time lurker but check out my Spurs and the MMA fans here. I live up here in Las Vegas now and can't agree more about Silva being a dipshit. I actually cover the major events here in Las Vegas and have been going to each event this week. I am definitely pulling for Chael. The open workout reminded me of Rocky 3 where Rocky is training with all the media and gets kisses from the girls and shit. Silva usually does not have elaborate open workouts but this last one, he basically had a class and other crap which is out of the norm. There is no doubt that Sonnen is in his head. I'll be at the MGM tomorrow covering it. For now here is one of my favorite clips of the week and we will be getting more. Oh and I love how Tito Ortiz totally dissed Ariel Helwani at the press conference on Thursday. Helwani got shitted on..:lol...:lol

If you want to beat Silva you can't do what Sonnen did for 5 rounds.. there's just no way. Sooner or later you're going to make a mistake and he's going to capitalize, just like he did there.

That's why I just don't see anyone beating him, maybe GSP.

Well fuck....

That fight sums up Sonnens whole career in big spots.. He's doing well everything is going fine and then suddenly when things are not going according to plan he panics and loses the fight. Round 1 was just like most RDS at UFC 117. Rd 2 Silva stepped up the TD defense but Chael panicked when he didn't have too gving Silva the opening.. Sonnen rushed everything so much he screwed himself in this fight.. Very Very dissapointing..

Interesting, was watching a vid of Sonnen's open workout yesterday and he was working on elbow attacks and spinning elbows and using them to set up TDs and vice versa. Also did some Muay Thai clinch work with elbows and knees.

Not sure if he will use this in the fight, but could be an added element to throw at Silva instead of just boxing and wrestling.

I blame myself for the loss, lol, had to mention that he was working on spinning elbows in open workout...foreshadowing...

Chael used a few different techniques to get it down and could not in RD 2.. Okay so step back and reset youself, you got it down in RD 1 and dominated you know what to do.. He panicked and threw that wild spinning backfist WTF??? I don't get it with him..

They have fought 6 plus RDS and Chael has dominated 99% of it yet he is 0-2...

Nobody will beat him in the MW division. The only guy that could beat him in this division has huge drug problems right now (Paulo Filho).

Jon Jones probably has the best arsenal to beat him since he can take down anyone and he can fight for 2 hours without gassing but i doubt Silva moves up to the LHW divison considering his age.

I rewatched it last night before erasing it from the TIVO forerver.. I have to say that Lavine did a horrible job last night. Not only did Silva hold the shorts to avoid a TD in the 2nd rd but he blatantly grabbed the shorts and hit Sonnen with a right hand. All Lavine did was yell at him to let go, that is supposed to be a stoppage of action and a warning or PT deduction.

That said Sonnen just fought stupid.. I can't believe after 2 years to game-plan and compose himself after a dominant first RD when everything wasn't going perfect in RD 2 he just handed Silva the opening he needed like that.. Sonnnen can't handle the pressure which seems to go against his nature which always appears to be cool and calm..

Fuck... :pctoss

I still don't know how people can cheer for Silva so genuinely. Did they not see him holding Chael's shorts to avoid a takedown, then hold them again for an extended period of time and THROW A PUNCH? Yves Lavigne, in one night, made himself look worse than Steve Mazzagatti's worst. He should have paused and warned Silva because of his BLATANT attempt to stall his opponent unfairly.

I also don't know how people think Chael missing a spinning backfist and tripping onto the canvas shows how the first fight was a fluke. THIS fight was Chael being stupid. had nothing to do with Silva doing anything spectacular other than capatilizing on the ref's lack of discipline and being lucky his knee didn't hit Chael's head. Disgusting shit.

I can see why Chael would be frustrated as Silva did stuff one TD really wonderfully that Chael put everything into but he just over-reacted. Dude you dominated round 1 just like you did at UFC 117 most of the night.. You have hit a speedbump in round 2, take a step back, take a deep breath and reset yourself.. What Chael did last night was pure panic.. Something goes wrong, rush your way through, something else goes wrong rush even faster.. Blaming Yves? Really? Wow.

Face it guys, Sonnen never had a chance to beat Silva. He had his one and only hope, when Silva was not even close to 100%, and blew it like the bitch he is. I absolutely LOVED all that shit about "If I don't win the title, this will all be for nothing" or some shit like that. Complete, absolute, and utter fail. After ALL that shit talking, failed.

“Before you decide my fate, know this: You can send me that way or you can send me through that same door I just walked in, but as a public service I will get rid of Anderson Silva. I will get rid of Lyota Machida. I will take out the Nogueira Brothers in the same night. I will personally BURN BLACK HOUSE DOWN. And they said ‘Mr. Sonnen, not guilty’, brought the gavel down, and I went on about my way.”

You know, now knowing what an unbelievable loser and douchebag Chael is, it just makes most of these quotes seem... well, even funnier. What a fucking bitch. http://chaelsonnensaidso.com/

Anyhow, the good news is is that Silva is two or three years away from either getting his ass destroyed or retiring. You can see it in his last two fights, he's wearing down and is just a tiny bit slower than he used to be. This is a wonderful thing, because as much as I hate Sonnen, Silva is right behind him.

So what was Silva's excuse in the 1st round of the fight last night if he was 100%? Silva's weakness will always be elite wrestling. Sonnen was going to do that all night long if he doesn't slip on that spinning elbow in the 2nd round. Sure he might have panicked going for that, but it is something he was working on during open workouts, so it isn't something he just decided to do on the spot.

Also Seagal shut your F'n mouth, all part of the plan my ass...

I'm not going to pick apart the fight, as that's worthless and you know it. He said, she said, a whole hell of a lot of "What If's" -- pointless. The fact is, Silva won, twice. I don't think there has ever been a bigger loser in all of sports, and that is really saying something. What a travesty.

Ariel Helwani has turned into a joke of a reporter when he used to be legit.. Sensei Seagal STFU Ariel...

And Ace this loss is a bitch right now but Sonnen should not give up on the title. It will be very tough to get another crack at Silva but he is better now than he ever has been and he can still get right back into contention with a win over someone like Vitor in a few months... Maybe Silva will get bored and retire within a year or so... He's never fighting Jones, this i am sure of..

I talked to my friend about this last night, Sonnen might be the MW version of Faber, in that there probably isn't anyone else in the division that can beat him besides Silva, and he could very well get back into title contention in 2-3 fights (and I'm not advocating a rematch with Silva right away).

Maybe if Sonnen gets another shot, he will learn from this fight and go back to just boxing and pressure. Although he could go for some short elbows (he also worked on those in the open workouts, which would have been the safer route if he wanted to throw something new at Silva in the stand up...).

Some people complained that he didn't do enough in the 1st round when he was on top but I think he focused most of his time on some sort of submission, he kept going for one of Silva's arms as if setting up a kimura or some variation.

The biggest thing is how Sonnen reacts in his next fight, how he acts in and outside of the cage.

a shame Silva and Jones have no interest in fighting. Would be far and away the biggest fight the entire sport has ever seen. Pretty shitty of both of them tbh, but moreso for Jones. I don't wanna hear that idolizing bullshit. Your job is to fight people

No shit they both need to stop being bitches. You never know though that payday might be to much to pass up.

I can't stand the fact that they even think about standing a fight up, Silva starts every round with an advantage to begin with, let's say Silva isn't striking when they are standing for a certain period of time they don't put the fight on the ground its just ridiculous ( yes i know this fight wasn't stood up, but it shouldn't be in any case IMO)

I rewatched it one last time and i really feel like Sonnnen didn't get a fair shake in the fight thanks to the worst reffing i have ever seen by Lavine. He grabbed Chael's shorts for a good 20 seconds in RD 2, first to avoid the TD then to lead him into a right hand. Basically Silva after 6 rounds of being underneath Sonnen getting beat up, decided to cheat this time and see how far they would allow him to push the rules? They allowed quite a bit..

yeah and Silva knew Lavine was behind him and at the wrong angle because when he finally decided to get to the other side to see if Silva was holding the shorts, Silva let go...

Sucks because it was so blatant...

Uh I think it was pretty obvious Silva had his full mobility this fight and that translated into him taking little to no damage in the round, even while mounted. Now if Chael is some sort of point fighter who was playing a position game then I guess he could be happy with that round, but I doubt that was the case.

And while Seagal might be a bit of a clown shoe he isn't wrong.

And I love the irony of Chael fans crying about cheating. Here you are rooting for the guys who got busted juicing in the first fight and you are going to bring up cheating? hahaha Chael asked for everything he got in that fight, and that is probably a large part of why he didn't cry about it after the fact. But if it makes you feel any better his trainer is trying to cry about it for you.

Silva's full mobility resulted in no difference between UFC 117 and UFC 148 in round 1. Chael was looking for more submissions in that round than damage this time.. He stuffed one great TD from Chael in round 2 then he started cheating horribly.. All i ask for is a fair shake in the cage.. Look at the fight Chael did not get one... If i grab your shorts for 20 seconds than sock you with a right hand, you are gonna be pretty mad at the ref..

I could've sworn it was just a lack of communication between Chael and the California Athletic Board, or whatever the hell they're called, regarding his MEDICATION hormones. Pretty sure you don't know what you're talking about but I apologize in advance if you're able to prove me wrong

yes there was a mix up with his TRT treatment (not steroids) which is legal by the commission.

And you would be wrong. His levels were well outside of what the commission allows. Nice try though.

Yeah you completely missed out on what was actually happening in that first round. Chael was being overly cautious because of the threat of the submissions from the bottom. Which definitely had to do with Silvas movement and his breaking down of Chael's posture. Chael tried to threaten some half hearted submission attempts, but it is laughable to think he was going to be able to get anything without softening up Silva first. You can probably make an argument that Chael was trying to pace himself, but I have my doubts he could have won with that strategy.

I didn't miss anything at all.. Chael looked to control an arm, Chael worked him towards the cage, he did land some hard right hands from close in the guard and overall was looking to win round 1 while laying the groundwork for RD 2 and beyond. Chael was tired in round 5 at UFC 117 he probably wanted to save some gas for the later rounds when in round 1 at UFC 117 he tried hard to hurt Silva...

If Silva had not grabbed the trunks for dear life to avoid another 5 min on the bottom from Sonnen who knows??

And all that said, Sonnen did fight stupid and over-react to Silva's TDD.. 50% of the blame lies with him.. I'll give 5% to Silva's cheating, 5% to Lavine's reffing and 40% to Silva being just that good..

was on YT and one of the suggested vids on the sidebar to watch was Seagal training with Machida and his go to move must be "this is illegal but this is legal shit". That is all he was emphasizing with Machida... He must think he is the guru of all the grey areas of striking that would be allowed, lol,

Oh and during that Ariel vid I posted where he said he taught Silva 3 or 4 new moves in the stand up, well he also mention he taught Silva how not to get taken down, so I guess his lessons were grease yourself up and hold the shorts...
