This...
besides 2003 Duncan, no other player dominated the playoffs for the Spurs more than 2005 Manu did.

Not sure why everyone picked 2003 Bowen. I'd probably rank both 2005 Bowen and 2007 Bowen better than 2003 Bowen. Offensively, he got clutcher as the years went on and drove to the hoop less -- which was a good thing. Defensively, he learned more tricks, got more physical and there wasn't much decline despite his advanced age. And what really sets those last two Bowens apart was his increasing leadership ability as the years wore on.
I think I'd rank em: 2007 Bowen > 2005 Bowen > 2003 Bowen

He wasn't a player on a championship team. Has to be guys from 99,03,05 or 07 squads.

I was also thinking the same, it was making me think I didn't watch enough Bowen in 2003, I guess it's easy to guess that a younger Bowen was a better Bowen, but I don't agree.

Shoutout to TIMVP for putting Mario Elie! The guy was so beast.. I agree that 07 Bowen was probably the best. His offense was really clicking at the end. He was always the last to take the shot, but when he did, he was very efficient. Just like TIMVP said. His defense was still stellar.

But somehow just a season or two later the FO thought we needed to boot him entirely.

If we are measuring by playoff performances, jaren Jackson has to be included.

I would have Duncan play 42 minutes per game, PF with Robinson and C with Rose. Parker and Johnson would take turns commanding the offense at the point, with two distinct styles that would throw off the defense. Everyone else is either a shooter or a slasher. It's the perfect team, really.
