Wow a pop remember even in garbage time Mills and Neal should not be the backcourt together, while I think there would be a decent rate of scoring I don't think anyone else would get to touch the ball both these guys love shooting almost as much as Monta Ellis.

I'm not entirely sure. Boston seems to play either really well or really not. That said, they're much better competition than the Cavs.

Boston's going to be a tough one. Coming off a back to back plus them getting Ray Allen back will only complicate things. However, I still think we win.

Keys to victory:
- Throw different looks at Pierce and force him into his dribble into 15 footer.
- Boston is a weak offensive team, its important to keep them off the boards while keeping fouls to a minimum.
- Keep Rondo out of the paint, similar game plan to guarding Westbrook.
- Utilize our depth, our bench is superior.

Ray Allen's back now?

-Great points. Just watching Pierce as of late, he seems like he's really lost a few (dozen) steps. I think Jackson/Leonard will be able to contain him.
-Agreed.
-Ditto with respect to Rondo.
-Yeah. I feel like our bench could probably take their starters.

Even with the back to back, I'm sure the Spurs can play them. I'm just not sure if it'll be a tough win or not since Boston is so Jekyll & Hyde.

I knew what you were trying to say ;). Ill say this..I've had a lot of fun watching the spurs since drobs rookie season...but I'm really having a lot of fun with this team so far. They saved it for me for now as I was pretty bummed about the whole lockout deal and wasn't planning on watching much This year...ended up keeping the league pass on auto renew(mainly due to the Leonard trade) and now I feel like I'm traveling with the team as I'm glued to watching every game(post trade deadline this is the deepest team in recent memory)..Should be a roller coaster finish..Hopefully more ups than Downs.

But but but Pop ruined their rhythm when he sat the starters against Portland.

I don't think so... we conceded the win streak, but I'd say it allowed the Spurs to keep the rhythm going instead, catching that second wind.

I'd say those were 2 sublime moves, seeds that got planted and are paying dividends now. Trust and health, confidence and humbleness.

One action set the course, and another one kept it rolling, 2 strong decisions made by Pop.

The new guys showed their guts, the Vets got renewed hope, team came together... and the second showed Pops foresight and commitment to keeping players fresh although it might cost a game in the short term.

Say we played our starters in that Portland game, maybe that was the game that stretched the team past the limits, they stumble and spend the rest of the season playing catch up.

Instead Spurs took a pause and now it's looking like they're a step ahead because of it.

All I'm saying is that the Spurs look wonderful now, and it's because of the moves that were made before. Leaving the bench in at Dallas. And sitting the starters in Portland.

But but but Pop ruined their rhythm when he sat the starters against Portland.

LOL fans in here are idiots at times, well all fans can be but sometimes you see it all in here after one damn game.

I don't think so... we conceded the win streak, but I'd say it allowed the Spurs to keep the rhythm going instead, catching that second wind.

Nah...the "but, but, but" part should have made it obvious.

Lol... I guess while I was reading it my mind read it as one but.

Also my dander was already up on that subject haha.

Yes the three but's would have made it obvious.

But but but the blue font would have helped.
