Soccer/Real men football sub forum?

tbh, is there interest for something like this? Trying to gauge interest before making a formal request to kori/timvp/the powers that be.

Looks like half the posts are soccer related anyways, and when tourneys like the World Cup come around it gets even bigger...

It would be nice to have individual game threads and such, clutter up our own subsection instead of having individual league threads. I think there's probably 10-15 of us who would post frequently so it would be better populated than the MMA and Baseball sections.

Not too sound cocky but if I had a photoshop program (or whatever, I don't know how it's called :lol) and knew how to use it I would make some awesome banners. I remember back in '08 I used to make special sigs for each playoffs series with Paint (yes I know :lol) and I had a bunch of PM of people telling me that my sigs rocked and asking me if they could use them in other forums.

See that I can understand, but how many peeps use the MMA forum? Piston forum? Even when they were asking for them. Football is a sport that we are never going to get tired of, at least the frequent posters here. I can understand they wouldn't want to go that way because of the way the other forums have declined in activity, so I can understand if they don't like the idea.
