I ran some formulas on IDM shots for the Spurs.
IDMs are It Doesn't Matter shots made in the regular season, which will have no bearing on these same shot attempts being made in the playoffs.
Leading the way was Matt Bonner. While shooting a robust 40+% from treyville in regular season games the Spurs were ahead or behind by 20 points, Bonners % dropped to 6% in PGSTAM. (Playoff game shots that actually matter)
I next ran SMOTWAFM (shots made on Thurdays with a full moon) and contrasted this with SITWMBAIWOM5THTeqATM (Shots i thought were made but actually i was on my 5th Tequilla and they missed).
