I actually kinda like the fact that Gasol and Bynum will get more shots. It will be a good test for the Spurs interior D.

This puts more pressure on the Spurs honestly. Now they have no reason to lose to a Kobeless team.

I'm scared for the fact we play the Lakers 3 times this month for the simple reason of this guy trying to hurt one of our guys, aka nutcase.

It's a shame. I was so confident that LA's coach would run Kobe into the ground this season too...

For the spurs and spurfan, these 3 games vs the purple and gold are their playoff series because they know they won't do shit once the real deal starts.

Kobe obviously sees the big picture and doesn't want to waste energy vs inferior teams like the suns, hornets and spurs, in meaningless regular season games.

I have a feeling this is for the best, Pau and Bynum will flex their muscles and Sessions has nobody else to pass to. Seems like a good opportunity for a big game from Savior n crew.

Kobe is well rested after last season's Skunker...

Bynum knows what's up. He's playing mad and getting ejected against teams like the Rockets because he knows the playoffs are going to be really short for his team.

For spurfan, tomorrow will be the day the Lakeshow graced their petty arena and will be the most important day of spur season.

But for the Lakers, it's just another wednesday.

Lakers are a middle-of-the-pack team these days. For Spurfan will be beating another mediocre team at home, tbh.

But for the Lakers, it's just another wednesday.

For the Lakers it will be a challenge, like NJ was at their home (with Kobe). That's what happens when you're a shitty team.

I wanted him to play, tbh. Pop will prop rest some guys for the last two meetings so we won't really get a chance to see how they match up.

Oh well, Spurs roll by 20 tomorrow instead of 15.

Except that Pop doesn't give a fuck about the #1 overall seed and even less of a fuck about the regular season.

It's too bad that Kobe doesn't view this as a meaningful game...Spurfans must be raging after they saved their pennies to attend this one.

C'est la vie.

Which makes no sense since every game should be meaningful to the Lakers considering how shitty they look lately, with or without him in the lineup.

Oh spurfan and their regular season standing bravado... how cute.

Is that what makes the spurs better than the Lakers? Their conference standings?

Because we all know how spur season ended last time they were in a similar situation.

Yeah, cause this year's Spurs' team is the same as last year's, dumbshit.

Good stuff. Might end up being an entertaining game after all since Kobe wont be there to chuck his team out of it. Hopefully Splitter and Diaw get big minutes playing alongside the player of the decade.

Beats having no bravado at all after getting undressed in 4 games last season.
And now you team got worse. It happens.

Is that what makes the spurs better than the Lakers? Their conference standings?

Nah, we just have a much better team.

Because we all know how spur season ended last time they were in a similar situation.

Well, we know how the Lakers did too. It wasn't pretty either, and now they got older and worse. At least spurfan doesn't pretend to have a playoff switch that isn't there...
