Manu was by far the best. the best spurs player playing for the lakers tonight.

I'm not sure what was more effective ... TP driving all the way for a layup but getting scared at the last second and passing it -- or Manu driving all the way for a layup but spontaneously imploding when Bynum met him at the rim.

Both were hideous. Our all-world backcourt looked D-league, tbh.

Parker was worse though.

I guess you didn't see the game at Boston some days ago.

In the long-run, our guards and bench > Lakers guards and bench. Tonight was just a horrible ass game for everyone other than SJax and Green....

Well while we're bashing Manu you forgot the close knee injury he came up with in the second quarter while driving the lane that would've probably kept him out another month or two. How dare Manu drive down the lane. :stirpot:

He hasn't been dominant since 2008 regular season.
2005 playoffs+2008 reg season= GREAT MANU

seriously how do spurs have any kind of shot at advancing in the playoff with this Manu???

there are 15 days left . 15 FUCKING DAYS for Manu to get his act together.

btw, is this guy playing tonight? he better. no reason to rest this scrub version of Manu tbh

Too much time off for Manu, get him going because we cannot advance with this version, more time no more days off unless its 3 in a row then he sits middle game, the dude has no rhythm and Pop needs to settle on his damn lineup already!

Looks pretty clear to me all this tinkering / holding guys out of games / not even traveling with the team / endless monkeying around with lineups and rotations / other bullshit etc etc etc like no Tiago / Tim pairing is finally taking its toll.

Of course the popsuckers will tell us not to worry, and everything is fine.

Nah ! France and Argentina sucked big time yesterday.

They'll have to pick it up against Memphis (you know... the other western mismatch for the Spurs)

I don't get it though, both Manu and Tony are important to the team, why the bickering between Argentinian and French Spurs fans?

Both Manu and Tony got scared. After Tony couldn't hit shit he stopped shooting and after Manu got his ass handed to him in the paint he stopped going in. The Lakers were going on a run and our play to counter was Tim 15 feet out against Bynum. Of course he didn't score there but at least he didn't shy away. Manu and Tony played like a bunch of pussies out there last night.

Saying that, If Manu wasn't feeling right or something than that's exactly what I would want him to do. Last nights game, although disappointing, still means jack shit.

The easiest way for Manu to return to form is to put him in the starting lineup.
