"It's basically, we don't care how many games we win, we just want to be healthy when the playoffs start."

--Tony Parker

STers... please listen. And stop starting lame threads about seeding, HCA, and (for god's sake) manipulating losses to avoid certain matchups.

You know overall I've been pretty pleased at the level of media attention the spurs have gotten this year. It's been a pleasant surprise.

I think if any team has a right to complain or whine about lack of media attention in the wake of winning, it's the Pacers, and I'm an accomplice. Just a couple of days ago I was casually looking at the standings and realized "Oh yeah, the Pacers are 3rd in the east. Neat."

I haven't watched a single Pacers game other than when they played us this year thus far.

I caught one thing: Tony stopped wearing the wrist protector, and his game dropped. Put it back on, Tony.

The Spurs have been getting some props from the pundits, but it's pretty lame that the NBA as an organization does so little to promote what most people consider to be a model sports franchise.

Just look at the "BIG" promos that the NBA runs during games, or even the segment that precedes this short video about the Spurs: Spurs jerseys are conspicuously absent.

It could be a sign that Tiago's not going to be the 4th big next season...

Maybe in 2 years he might be able to start.
