Ya'll are so close to the finish line, with all your players intact, but we've seen this script before...that being said,

Which game will it be this time?

@GSW
@LAL
@SAC
LAL
CLE
POR
@PHX
@GSW

I'm thinking the Phoenix game. iirc the Suns game is the one he got injured in last year.

Thoughts?

He'll get hurt at home

jestersmash

The second L.A. game at home, probably from a hard foul by Metta World Peace.

He's already had several this year.

But Baby Drews should be happening any day now.

In the second game of the NBA finals.

Not a chance. He's a Laker and their All-Star caliber safety net is gone, so he'll miraculous stay healthy, even though he's lumbering and often looks laboring and on the verge of a serious injury from the simplest of jumps. He's somehow playing 35 mpg, in a condensed schedule, no less, yet he's held up for the most part and has yet to suffer anything close to a serious injury. But Oden is perpetually injured. Yet another example of why the Lakers are the luckiest franchise in the history of North American professional sports.

If the Spurs have their #1 or #2 seed locked up after the last regular season home game (against Portland), Pop may just keep the Big 3 at home and just take the bench to PHX and GS. :toast

Manu won't be playing all 8. More like 5 or 6 chances.

Typo burns...you're cool, Bartleby.

Spending way too much time on the board of a team you dont even like, going out of your way to antagonize fans of said team anticipating an injury from a beloved star player....you're cool, ryan fitzpatrick.

---

Take a good look at yourself, buddy. Take a look at your behavior. Ask yourself, is this the type of behavior a generally nice, likable person would exhibit? Or, on the other hand, is starting a thread antagonizing Spurs fans but insinuating a player they love will soon get injured more the behavior exhibited by, lets say, a total ass?

Think about it. Then ask yourself, do I want to be an ass?
Do I want to spend the one life I will ever get arbitrarily antagonizing strangers?
Do I want to pass through the only period of time I will ever be on this earth being an ass?
Think about it.

For maximum torture, it would have to be that last game in some meaningless minutes that don't affect seeding. I doubt Pop puts Manu in that position this year, though.

Looks like I was a game off. MWP took it out on the "black Ginobili" (James Harden) instead.
