Are you talking about the tattoo on his chest he has had for like 15 years? Its a tattoo of a Wizard (Merlin). When TD started in the NBA he wanted his nickname to be Merlin since he is a big dork and loves D&D and fantasy stuff. DRob shut him down real fast by laughing at that.

Anyway the big tattoo on his chest is Merlin, its been there since college.

edit: If you mean the one on his back its a wierd jester skull thingy, I dont know the story behind that.
