In what would be an amazing thing after leading all season - Kobe Bryant might still lose the scoring title that seems to matter so, so much to him. From the current stats he is at 27.9 ppg, Durant has quietly raised his 27.8 ppg while the leagues top gunner was out. http://espn.go.com/nba/statistics

(This is despite Durant shooting about 19 FGs per season vs. 23 for Bryant - Durant is still way behind him in FG attempts as Durant shoots over 50% while Kobe is around 43%.)
