BHO Promises broke

Back when I was a wee lad and ignorant of career trolls, I started an OP with the intent of the promises made by BHO and what he cannot keep; what he might keep; and what he said to get votes. Stupid, Stupid me.

Now Politifact did that said list. Well actually just the list of promises he did not keep.
