Granted, it was just a county school board bond issue, and the outcome is nearly a foregone conclusion, but damn, it felt kind of good to vote for the first time since 1984, back when I split my ticket for Reagan and Lloyd Doggett !!! (Phil Gramm ALWAYS struck me as a person who was full of shit, even when I was a youngster, despite his economic pedigree).
